PharMerica in Phoenix is seeking an Implementation Consultant to independently lead and manage customer implementations, pharmacy moves, and ownership changes. You will assess business needs, develop strategies, identify risks, and guide projects to successful completion.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with hybrid work options (2-3 days from home) and a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, plus weekend/holiday rotation.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in customer implementation or project management.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations preferred.
• Strong ability to lead multiple projects with timelines.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead new customer implementations, change of ownership projects, pharmacy moves.
• Independently manage implementation projects from planning through post-implementation review.
• Consult with customers and internal stakeholders to assess needs and risks.
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans and timelines.
• Communicate decisions and track action items in follow-up meetings.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
