Job summary

Marsh People & Investments invites applications for a Senior Pharmacy Benefits Consultant to join our Managed Pharmacy practice. This role involves extensive client interaction, leading service delivery, strategy, and contract renewal for mid-market and national accounts.

You will identify performance gaps, recommend cost-saving measures, and upsell Mercer pharmacy solutions while collaborating with Mercer consultants and internal resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of consulting or other relevant experience in pharmacy managed care.
• Superior analytical, strategic planning, communication, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead strategic pharmacy advisor for mid-market and national accounts, managing service delivery and contracts.
• Identify provider performance gaps and recommend actions to control spend and trend.
• Upsell Mercer pharmacy solutions and leverage Mercer’s size to negotiate PBM contracts.
• Lead regional and national marketing pursuits and mentor project teams.
