Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Adjudication Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN, to lead our adjudication staff and ensure accurate claims processing for our expanding specialty program. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm CST, with a starting salary of $56k+ and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying hires.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting the Director of Pharmacy Operations, recruiting and training, and resolving third-party rejections to ensure timely

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Desired: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Desired: Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Desired: Specialty pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises adjudication staff to maintain positive team environment and reduce turnover.
• Assist Director in day-to-day operations and implement procedures for accurate dispensing.
• Recruit, hire, orient, develop, and train associates; coach and manage performance.
• Manage daily activity and Pulse reporting for the adjudication team.
• Handle escalations for complex claim rejection resolutions to ensure timely completion.
• Adjudicate pharmacy claims for active workflows and review responses for accuracy.
• Contact insurers to resolve third-party rejections and reschedule deliveries as needed.
• Address prior authorizations and document information in patient profiles.
