Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Adjudication Supervisor to lead the adjudication team, ensure accuracy of pharmacy claims, and manage third-party rejections. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm CST, within our oncology specialty program.

The Supervisor will work closely with the Director of Pharmacy Operations, recruit and train staff, and coordinate benefits and insurance workflows to support timely medication delivery and compliant dispensing.

Qualifications

• Experience with pharmacy adjudication and insurance regulations.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise adjudication staff and maintain positive team environment.
• Assist Director in day-to-day operations and implement new procedures.
• Recruit, hire, orientate, and train new associates; coach and discipline.
• Manage daily activity and workflow; provide Pulse reporting.
• Resolve third-party rejections and ensure timely shipping.
• Contact insurers to resolve prior authorizations and document in patient profile.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies.
