Onco360 Pharmacy in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Pharmacy Adjudication Supervisor to lead our claims adjudication team and ensure accurate, timely processing of third-party claims. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with a 9:30 am–6:00 pm CST schedule.

The position requires 4+ years in pharmacy adjudication with leadership experience; starting salary is $60,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before October 31, 2026. Benefits include 401k, PTO, holidays, quarterly bonuses, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certification as Pharmacy Technician desirable.
• 4+ years of pharmacy adjudication or related experience.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise adjudication staff and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate benefits and resolve third-party rejections.
• Monitor daily workflow and provide coaching.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Engage with payers and providers as needed.
