Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy in Louisville, KY is seeking a Pharmacy Adjudication Supervisor to lead our claims adjudication team within a growing specialty program. The role focuses on accuracy, timely resolution of third‑party rejections, and coordination of benefits to ensure medicines ship on schedule.

Requires 4+ years in pharmacy adjudication with leadership experience; HS diploma required. We offer strong benefits, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years in pharmacy adjudication or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes and PBM contracts.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead adjudication staff to maintain accuracy and timely resolutions.
• Support Director of Pharmacy Operations in daily workflow and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and coach pharmacy adjudication staff; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor daily activity and report on workflow metrics; handle escalations.
