Job summary

NFP Rx Solutions, the pharmacy benefit consulting arm of NFP, is a leading U.S. PBM-focused practice delivering customized Rx solutions to self-funded employers and health plans. This role supports client liaison activities, contract analyses, and data-driven insights to optimize pharmacy benefits.

The team collaborates with PBMs, brokers, and internal partners to improve member outcomes, manage billing issues, and provide timely reports. Remote opportunity with travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Employee Benefits industry, and PBM specifically
• Excellent research skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret industry policies and contract documents, as well as proposals and other documentation and correspondence
• Ability to respond efficiently and accurately to common inquiries or complaints from customers or carrier
• Ability to effectively present information to insured clients and their respective carriers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and command of the English language

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships as liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, such PBMs, brokers, and other third party staff
• Understand each assigned client's business model, goals, and forecasted changes
• Present to clients and brokers market reprice analyses, contract terms, and rate dependencies
• Research and respond to pharmacy benefit related questions within deadline requirements
• Assist in communication of employee benefits in client enrollment meetings and webinars with PBM representation
• Provide semi-annual detailed pharmacy benefit performance reports to clients comparing metrics to benchmarks
