Job summary

NFP Rx Solutions, the pharmacy benefit consulting arm of NFP, is seeking experienced PBM professionals for a remote opportunity. You will liaise between clients, PBMs, brokers, and internal teams to manage benefits programs and drive cost savings.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, market knowledge, and the ability to present analyses and contract terms. Travel is minimal; location can be remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of PBM related industry experience.
• Prefer Bachelor’s degree; Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college, minimum requirement.
• Knowledge of the Employee Benefits industry, and PBM specifically.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Understand each client’s business model and goals.
• Be proficient in PBM marketplace, services, and underwriting requirements.
• Provide semi-annual detailed pharmacy benefit reports with benchmarks and recommendations.
• Communicate with clients and brokers about market reprice analyses and terms.
• Assist in resolving billing, claims, eligibility and other service issues.
• Maintain accurate information in the CRM and monitor client billing processes.
• Support in client enrollment meetings and webinars with PBM representation.
