Job summary

Merative is seeking a Strategic Account Executive, Pharma RWD to manage and grow a portfolio of pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts. You will renew existing business, expand adoption of MarketScan, and identify new opportunities across data, software, and research services.

You will build executive relationships, uncover evidence-generation needs, and position Merative's full capabilities to drive long-term client success. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience selling healthcare data, analytics, real-world evidence, research services, or related solutions to pharma/biotech.
• Experience expanding existing pharmaceutical accounts by identifying new use cases and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and grow strategic accounts with renewals, expansion revenue, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial responsibility for pharma accounts, including renewals and expansion.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase adoption across units and functions.
• Grow client utilization of MarketScan data, linked-data, SaaS offerings, and research services.
