Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Client Partner, Real-World Evidence to drive growth with biopharma customers by leveraging our RWE solutions, analytics platforms, and AI services. You will partner with account teams to align evidence strategy and priorities, leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in real-world data, evidence platforms, and outcomes research, and will engage senior stakeholders across HEOR, RWE, and market access to deliver tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record: 6+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or SaaS sales.
• RWE expertise: real-world data, evidence generation, and HEOR use cases.
• Hunter mentality: able to identify and close new RWE opportunities.
• Sales expertise: complex, consultative sales with scientific and data stakeholders.
• Technology/AI: knowledge of AI-driven HEOR/RWE use cases.
• Presentation: ability to communicate value to C-suite and leadership.
• CRM: proficient in CRM for pipeline and forecast.
• Industry knowledge: familiarity with regulatory guidance and payer needs.
• Collaborative: works cross-functionally with science, data, and product teams.
• Communication skills: strong written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & generate leads in biopharma, healthcare, and life sciences with RWE focus.
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach and industry networking.
• Close deals from outreach to contract, aligning customer needs with Datavant offerings.
• Engage clients with demonstrations and business cases highlighting regulatory-grade evidence.
