Job summary

Avantor in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a high-energy Sales Representative to manage a broad Pharma, Biotech and Industrial client base with consultative selling and strong relationship building. You will collaborate with peers to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in complex sales, CRM experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Travel to customer locations five days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in a complex environment.
• Experience with consultative, solution-based selling and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell consultatively, identify customer needs, and recommend Avantor solutions.
• Develop and deliver proposals, manage a sales pipeline, and expand existing accounts.
• Build relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales management to plan territory strategies and quotas.
• Represent and develop relationships with manufacturers and distributor partners.
