Job summary

Alfa Laval Corporate AB in the United States seeks a dynamic Industry Manager, Pharma to drive growth in pharma and biopharma markets, translating global strategy into regional execution and aligning priorities across business units.

You will lead key accounts, coordinate cross‑BU initiatives, manage CRM data, and travel nationally to build relationships with CDMOs and end users, while promoting sustainable, compliant processing solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical or life science industry, ideally bioprocessing or related tech solutions.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships across the pharma sector.
• Proven success in business development and strategic sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence EXEC level audiences.
• CRM proficiency and willingness to travel nationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of U.S. Pharma and Biopharma growth strategy across the Food & Pharma division.
• Serve as liaison between U.S. organization and Global Industry Manager, Pharma.
• Drive account engagement strategies for priority Pharma customers and CDMOs.
• Lead national account planning and cross BU collaboration to maximize value.
• Monitor market trends and relay Voice of Customer insights to product teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, BU, Engineering and Service for unified execution.
