Job summary

GSMS in Camarillo, CA, seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage raw materials and components for repackaging prescription pharmaceuticals. You will own At-Risk Inventory, Contingency Stock, and collaborate with Corporate Business Development, Sales Ops, and Operations to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing MRP, managing POs, and leading supplier meetings to forecast, mitigate constraints, and drive actions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent required.
• Experience in procurement of raw materials for pharma repackaging.
• Ability to analyze data and drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Review MRP and manage purchase orders including expediting and follow-up.
• Lead monthly supplier meetings and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate supply constraints.
• Support new product launches and direct materials purchasing.
• Manage At-Risk Inventory processes and drive continuous improvement.
