Job summary

MANTECH in Oahu Hawaii seeks motivated Personnel Resource Analysts to join our team. You will plan and direct daily analytical tasks, monitor staffing metrics, and prepare Technical Personnel Reports for executive review. Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications.

Preferred qualifications include PMP or knowledge of JMAPS/MIL-STD protocols. A current Active Secret Clearance is required, with duties expanding to oversight of staffing for theater operations and mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical personnel analytical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily analytical tasks for personnel resource management and organizational evaluation.
• Monitor personnel distribution metrics, identify staffing issues, and recommend resource allocation changes.
• Oversee preparation of Technical Personnel Reports for executive review and coordination.
• Manage personnel resource analysis and manning status tracking for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR.
• Evaluate Regional Personnel Reports to prioritize staff movements and ensure mission readiness.
• Lead coordination of local Administrative Teams to resolve staffing shortfalls affecting theaterwide readiness.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
