ChristianaCare is seeking a dynamic Manager, Perioperative Supply Chain to provide leadership and operational oversight for surgical services across the health system.

You will partner with surgeons, clinicians, nursing leadership, and vendors to ensure availability, optimization, and cost-effective management of surgical supplies and implants while driving process improvements and inventory standardization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in Materials Management or supply chain operations.
• Three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with hospital operations or healthcare supply chain preferred.
• Experience leading process improvement or supply chain transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain and perioperative logistics for surgical services.
