Duke Health in Durham, NC is seeking a Performance Management and Total Rewards Specialist to develop and lead compensation and performance initiatives, ensure pay-for-performance programs are compliant, and align rewards with organizational goals across the health system.

You will partner with Rewards & Recognition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and executive leaders to administer leadership compensation, incentives, and total rewards policies, delivering education, communications, and program

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with compensation and performance management programs.
• Experience in change management and leadership education.
• Ability to provide technical assistance for performance evaluation processes.
• Strong project and program management skills.

• Develop and lead performance management and pay-for-performance initiatives.
• Provide programmatic support for performance evaluations.
• Partner with Rewards & Recognition during salary setting for transparency and fairness.
• Deliver leadership education, change management strategies, and communications planning.
• Prepare and distribute board materials; coordinate with executive recruitment.
• Lead annual leader incentive programs and 360-degree reviews.
• Advise on leader role structures and executive salary offers.
• Develop and maintain executive role architecture with Rewards & Recognition.
• Support total rewards plans and HRBP training for compensation submissions.
