Job summary

Responsibilities include leading performance evaluations, supporting executive compensation, and developing communications and training for leaders to sustain program adoption and fairness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 4 years of program administration experience; 5 years preferred in HR with compensation and performance management.
• Experience in an academic medical center or health system preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of compensation and performance management programs.
• Experience interpreting laws, guidelines, regulations and policies.
• Change management, leadership education, and communication planning skills.
• Ability to provide technical assistance and programmatic support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the organization's performance management and pay-for-performance initiatives.
• Provide programmatic support for performance evaluations.
• Partner with Rewards & Recognition during salary setting for transparency and fairness.
• Deliver leadership education, change management strategies, and communications.
• Oversee special pay policies and DUHS policy timelines.
