Job summary

Bigge Crane and Rigging Co. seeks an experienced Performance and Talent Development Advisor to partner with the CEO and senior leaders to elevate performance, align capability with business goals, and strengthen long-term retention.

The role spans hourly to executive levels in a safety-critical environment, translating behavioral insight into practical actions that drive accountability, leadership effectiveness, and organizational growth across the field and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Counseling, Executive Coaching, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in executive coaching, organizational development, or behavioral consulting, or operational leadership within heavy equipment rental, oil and gas, construction, or industrial field service environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence both frontline employees and senior executives.
• Strong foundation in behavioral psychology, performance management, and adult learning principles.
• Ability to translate complex behavioral concepts into practical, job-relevant actions.
• High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive coaching to CEO, senior leadership, and high-potential leaders.
• Diagnose organizational friction points and leadership gaps to inform development plans.
• Design and deliver strengths-based development initiatives and workshops across regions.
• Partner with Recruiting and Operations to align workforce capability with business demands.
• Coach through high-stakes situations such as organizational change, succession planning, and leadership transitions.
• Translate field insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and culture.
