Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to apply accounting principles and practices to complex projects.

• Ability to travel occasionally in-state and overnight.
• Knowledge of policy development and public administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct statewide studies and analyses with statewide impact.
• Develop methodologies, work plans, alternatives and solutions, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Coordinate workshops and lead cross‑agency discussions to implement strategies.
• Oversee policy analysis, evaluation and recommendations for organization‑wide studies.
• Manage IT requirements and change management for projects.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer as required.
• Lead special projects with agency‑wide impact.
