Job summary

The Virginia Department of Transportation seeks a senior analyst to lead, facilitate, and conduct advanced organizational and operational studies with statewide impact. You will design methodologies, analyze performance data, and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.

You will collaborate across divisions, apply data-driven methods (including Power BI), and guide change management initiatives.
