Qualifikationen

• At least three (3) years of experience in performance and management.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Reviews and analyzes Burke County's staffing and workflow process, recommending improvements to each area.
• Plans and directs CQI activities, publishes reports, tracks improvements and provides training.
• Develops, revises, and implements Burke County plans, programs, and procedures to improve daily operations.
• Reviews, processes, and monitors the Department's reports, communications, and services for consistency, quality, and transparency.
• Develops tools and reporting for planning, forecasting, and monitoring various departments and programs.
• Attends and participates in meetings to provide information about Burke County performance to the Board and external stakeholders.
• Communicates with the Board, County officials, staff, and the public; works with management and leadership.
• Reviews internal program operations, recommending best practices based on NC county benchmarks.
• Receives and resolves complaints, project requests, and other issues with personnel and external agencies.
• Prepares and maintains records, reports, forms, letters, and memorandums regarding budgets.
• Engages in negotiations requiring timing and strategic skills.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
