Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required; in lieu of degree 10+ years of experience acceptable.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare strategy or related field.
• Experience with Medicare or ACA and data analytics tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare redesign, provider reimbursement and partnership strategies to meet growth objectives.
• Support development of current products and market offers; manage complex analyses.
• Present strategic concepts and impact assessments to senior leadership.
• Collaborate across departments as a subject matter expert on healthcare delivery transformation.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee project work as needed.
