Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of management consulting in operations improvement, enterprise transformation, or related areas.
• 6+ years of financial analysis using data from multiple sources.
• 6+ years of modeling with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Access/Visual Basic/Tableau or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise or multi-function performance improvement programs.
• Assess issues, analyze data, and identify value opportunities across functions.
• Develop actionable recommendations and support implementation of solutions.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and guide cross-functional teams.
• Mentor staff and contribute to business development.
