Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 4+ years consulting in operations improvement or enterprise transformation.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis using data from multiple sources.
• 4+ years developing models using Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visual Basic, Tableau or similar tools.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client engagement.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Advanced degree and experience serving corporate and PE clients are a plus.
• Experience developing business cases, pricing analyses, or complex financial analyses.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and client deliverables using PowerPoint and Visio.
• Experience supporting proposal development.
• Experience using Excel, analytics and data visualization tools to support analysis and recommendations.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Leading small engagements or key workstreams within larger engagements focused on operations improvement and cost reduction.
• Analyze operational, financial, and market data to identify value creation and performance improvement opportunities.
• Support the development of business cases, pricing analyses, and financial models tailored to client objectives.
• Plan and support transformation engagements across industries, coordinating workstreams and tracking progress.
• Work with client stakeholders to assess issues and prepare deliverables that align to engagement requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between business needs and technology-enabled solutions to support implementation.
• Contribute to proposal development and other practice-building activities.
