• Lead and participate in maintenance leadership and policy reviews.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure project quality and compliance.
• Perform comprehensive reviews of complex projects and ensure SOP adherence.
• Conduct research and provide technical assistance on roadway design and maintenance.
