Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a People Strategy Partner to act as a strategic HR advisor for the Health Benefits Operations. The role partners with leaders to shape workforce plans aligned with enterprise strategy and operational goals.

The PSP translates business priorities into measurable people strategies, partnering with Centers of Excellence to address workforce challenges and enable organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Human Resources including at least 5 years in a strategic HR role and 2 years leading strategic workforce planning/talent development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.
• Support leaders by translating business objectives into actionable people strategies and execution plans.
• Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to inform decisions and develop recommendations for executives.
• Collaborate with HR Enablement Partners to address workforce challenges and implement enterprise solutions.
• Coach leaders through organizational change to drive adoption and impact.
• Develop workforce strategies to enable operational excellence and large-scale implementations.
• Operate within enterprise governance to escalate high-risk issues as needed.
