Elevance Health is seeking a People Strategy Partner to serve as a strategic HR advisor for the Health Benefits Operations team. The role translates business priorities into workforce plans aligned with enterprise strategy and organizational standards.

You will collaborate with business leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, and change management, leveraging HR data and analytics to guide executive decisions and drive performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field and 7+ years in HR, incl. 5+ years in a strategic role and 2+ years leading workforce planning/organizational design/talent strategy/leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development and change management.
• Translate business objectives into actionable people strategies and execution plans for Health Benefits Operations.
• Leverage HR data, analytics, and business insights to inform executive decisions and recommendations.
• Partner with HR Enablement Partners and Centers of Excellence to address workforce challenges and enterprise solutions.
• Coach leaders through organizational change to drive adoption, engagement and outcomes.
• Develop workforce strategies that enable operational excellence and large-scale implementations.
