Qualifications

BA/BS in HR, OD, or related field with at least 7 years HR experience, incl. 5+ years strategic HR.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic consultation in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.
Support leaders across Government Business by translating objectives into actionable people strategies and execution plans.
Leverage HR data, analytics, and insights to inform decisions and present recommendations to executives.
Partner with HR Enablement Partners and Centers of Excellence to address workforce challenges and implement enterprise solutions.
Coach leaders through organizational change to drive adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
Develop workforce and talent strategies enabling operational excellence and large-scale implementations.
Operate within governance frameworks, escalating high-risk issues as needed.
