Elevance Health is seeking a People Strategy Partner to serve as a strategic HR advisor for the Health Benefits Operations. You will partner with business leaders to develop insight-driven workforce plans, organizational design, and leadership development to enable performance and culture.

The role is in-office 1-2 days per week with hybrid flexibility. You will translate business priorities into measurable people strategies, leverage HR analytics to inform decisions, and coach leaders through

Qualifications

Requires BA/BS in HR or related field and 7+ years of HR experience.
Minimum 5 years in strategic HR or equivalent role and 2 years leading workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, or leadership development.
Hybrid work: in-office 1-2 days per week with flexible options.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic consultation in organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
Support Health Benefits Operations leaders with actionable people strategies.
Leverage HR data and analytics to inform executive decisions.
Partner with HR Enablement Partners and Centers of Excellence to address workforce challenges.
Coach leaders through organizational change to drive adoption and outcomes.
Develop workforce strategies enabling operational excellence and large-scale implementations.
Operate within governance frameworks and escalate high-risk issues.
