Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of performance management, leadership development, and change management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; public speaking comfort.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP HR, Talent Team, and business leaders to craft talent strategy.
• Advise leaders on HR-related issues and build trusted relationships.
• Support performance management, including reviews, feedback, and development discussions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to boost engagement and retention.
• Lead DEI initiatives, onboarding, and talent processes across the org.
• Identify development needs and coordinate leadership training and workshops.
• Monitor workforce planning and succession to align with objectives.
• Collaborate on salary reviews, promotions, and recognition strategies.
• Gather employee feedback and drive continuous improvements in the employee experience.
