Dominium is seeking a People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to leaders and align people initiatives with business goals across the Dallas region. You will support performance management, talent planning, and employee engagement in a culture of accountability and inclusion.

Partnering with the VP of Human Resources and the Talent Team, you will drive workforce planning, leadership development, and data-driven HR initiatives to enable business growth and improve the employee

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven HR Business Partner experience aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
• Strong business acumen translating objectives into actionable people initiatives.
• Experience with performance management, talent planning, leadership development, and change management.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and employment law.
• Excellent facilitation and public speaking skills.

• Advise leaders on HR issues and build trusted relationships.
• Support performance management with tools, resources, and guidance.
