Job summary

Dominium is seeking a People Business Partner to act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across our Dallas and Atlanta offices. This role focuses on aligning people strategies with organizational goals, improving performance, developing talent, and enhancing the employee experience.

The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, drive performance management, and implement initiatives across DEI, onboarding, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate objectives into actionable people initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise in performance management, talent planning, leadership development, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partners with VP of HR, Talent Team and Leaders to develop talent strategy.
• Advises leaders on HR-related issues and builds trusted relationships.
• Facilitates performance management, providing tools and guidance for reviews and development conversations.
• Delivers data-driven recommendations to enhance performance, engagement and retention.
• Drives HR initiatives including DEI and onboarding across the organization.
• Identifies training needs and coordinates leadership development opportunities.
• Adapts HR strategies to changing business needs and priorities.
• Leads workforce planning and talent forecasting.
• Supports salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, and recognition strategies.
• Monitors employee feedback and improves the employee experience.
