Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Business-minded with understanding of P&L impact.
• Ability to coach managers through complex employee relations.
• Proven track record influencing leaders.
• Ability to operate strategy and execution simultaneously.
• Comfort handling fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Demonstrated alignment with Delta Defense's core values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People partner and trusted advisor for leaders and employees across Marketing, IT, Legal and Finance.
• Own resolution of complex employee relations issues, coaching managers through real-world situations.
• Drive succession planning, talent development, and hiring strategy for business units.
• Shape org design and role design, including compensation positioning, with Total Rewards.
• Lead core People programs and translate strategy into actionable practice.
• Use HR data to identify issues and provide recommendations to leaders.
• Support the internal People Ops team and cross-functional HR projects.
