Job summary

Versique is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff across the organization. This in-office role in West Bend, WI with some remote flexibility focuses on aligning people strategies with business goals and guiding employees through growth and change, reporting to the HR Manager.

The HRBP will partner with the People team in a hands-on, highly visible capacity, supporting design, planning, recruiting, and compliance while fostering a positive, inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
• Ability to navigate sensitive situations with sound judgment.
• Experience influencing leaders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for leaders and employees within supported functions.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and development conversations.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Assist with role definition, compensation analysis, and competency development.
• Identify team and leader development needs and implement practical solutions.
• Partner on recruiting, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Lead and support HR projects and people initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation within HRIS systems.
