Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner to support HR initiatives across our US operations. The role involves onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and policy rollout, with in-depth HR program design and communication.

Expect travel up to 40% monthly, with preferred proximity to major airports for weekly trips. A Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience is desired, plus strong MS Office and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple information sources.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
  • Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Identify employment risk with managers and support investigations and grievances.
  • Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a business unit.
  • Conduct training on performance, diversity, and related topics.
  • Apply knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and build consensus to reach agreements.
