Job summary

CBRE seeks a People Business Partner to support HR initiatives, policies, and procedures across the People Strategy and Operations function. The role involves developing onboarding programs, career ladders, performance management, and risk assessments.

You will guide managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations while coordinating various HR processes and trainings. Frequent travel to sites may be required, with remote USA work allowed within specified regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PeopleSoft & SmartSheet).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills including percentages and other financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Identify employment-related risks and assist investigations and grievances.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a business unit.
• Conduct training on performance management, diversity, and other topics.
• Apply knowledge to deliver innovative HR solutions and coach others.
