Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of HRBP experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Strong coaching skills and credibility with leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience managing employee relations and performance matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in sensitive situations.
• Ability to build scalable solutions without over-engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive key People functions, including manager enablement, workforce planning, analytics, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Use periodic evaluations and frequent touchpoints to identify development needs and partner with managers to improve performance, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Provide guidance in total rewards, leveling, employee engagement, culture development, organizational design, change management, and people development.
• Coach managers across leadership topics, including feedback, performance, team dynamics, career conversations, and difficult conversations.
• Partner with the broader People team on company-wide programs including performance management, career development, compensation, engagement, and manager enablement.
• Execute on other People or general operations responsibilities as required by the People team.
