Job summary

Nooks is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to scale our growing teams, managers, and organization across the employee lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with leaders to build strong teams, navigate performance and employee relations, and evolve the organization as we scale.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead key initiatives and support managers and employees to build a high-performing culture, with accountability for talent decisions, coaching, and program development across

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of HRBP experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including sensitive situations.
• Deep experience managing employee relations and performance matters.
• Strong manager coaching skills with credibility with leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience in an international company; preference for Ireland or London.
• Experience partnering with founders to shape people strategies that drive performance and engagement.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in HR/Org psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across the employee lifecycle to build strong teams, navigate performance and employee relations, and evolve the organization as it scales.
• Lead initiatives in total rewards, leveling, engagement, culture development, org design, and change management.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance, career conversations, and difficult conversations.
• Collaborate with the broader People team on company-wide programs including performance management and manager enablement.
• Support ad hoc People or general operations responsibilities as needed.
