You will partner with senior leaders to design structures, rhythms, and processes, while guiding AI adoption and ensuring scientific integrity. This role focuses on people strategy, leadership development, and scalable systems for impact across countries.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve organizational structure as SPUN grows.
• Partner with leadership to plan hiring across levels.
• Assess organizational health with clear indicators.
• Ensure people policies reflect SPUN values across countries.
• Design operating rhythms and decision processes for a distributed team.
• Strengthen knowledge sharing across time zones and disciplines.
• Lead adoption of AI tools with emphasis on integrity and impact.
• Develop management culture, feedback, and growth practices.
