Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in People Strategy, HR Operations, Program Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Operations, Consulting, or related functions.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong operational and organizational problem-solving capabilities with the ability to move from ambiguity to structure.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to identify organizational challenges and opportunities for scale.
- Frame business problems into clear initiatives with defined goals, milestones, and outcomes.
- Design and implement enterprise People programs, processes, and operating rhythms to improve effectiveness and employee experience.
