Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Senior Manager, P&O Business Partner to lead people strategy for three functions within Tasty & Wholesome, partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people initiatives across talent, performance, and engagement.

You will coach executives, drive organizational design and change, and turn insights into actions that improve capability and performance while maintaining a strong focus on associate experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certification in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with business leaders to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Lead execution of people agenda across functions including talent, performance, succession, workforce planning.
• Coach senior leaders and associates on organizational effectiveness, leadership, and change management.
• Translate organizational insights into action using data and feedback.
• Own and deliver organizational and talent initiatives such as org design and workforce analytics.
