Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with broad Generalist responsibilities.
• Experience supporting leaders in a high-growth organization.
• Strong knowledge of California and multi-state employment law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations.
• Partner across the employee lifecycle including onboarding and development.
• Conduct employee relations conversations and investigations.
