Job summary

Flywire is seeking a Senior Payment Operations Specialist, Infrastructure and Network Enablement to drive strategic payment initiatives and optimize Flywire's global payment network. You will lead cross-functional delivery, governance, and incident management across Product, Engineering, Treasury, Network and Compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Payments/Fintech, strong banking and payment lifecycle knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required; 5+ years in Payments, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services.
Proven experience supporting or leading cross-functional project execution.
Strong understanding of payments operations, banking infrastructure, and payment life cycles.
Experience with incident management and operational troubleshooting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic payment initiatives and ensure operational readiness.
Coordinate across Product, Network, Treasury, Finance, and Operations teams to meet timelines.
Develop and maintain partner/bank scorecards; monitor performance and reliability.
Provide data-driven updates on operational performance to global stakeholders.
Drive governance and incident response to minimize recurrence and optimize processes.
