Job summary

Innovative Outsourcing is seeking a Director of People & Culture to partner with the CEO and lead the full People function, shaping organization design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management in a lean, hands-on environment.

Because the role is lean, you will build practical People processes from the ground up, manage day-to-day HR operations, and equip our leadership team to scale while upholding our Christian values and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR in a small to mid-size business.
• Ability to shape org design and workforce planning.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, HRIS and compliance.
• Experience managing US and international contractor operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership to set workforce strategies.
• Own payroll coordination, benefits, HRIS (Paycor), compliance, records, and policies.
• Lead hiring strategy, onboarding, development, and succession planning.
• Build lightweight performance management and leadership development.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, separations, and sensitive personnel matters.
• Oversee global workforce coordination for US employees and international contractors.
