You will work horizontally through People & Culture and across Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership to identify opportunities, design scalable solutions, and move initiatives from concept to measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Strategy or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans.
• Proven design of scalable processes and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Organizational Optimization: Partner with leaders to identify challenges, frame problems into initiatives, and improve organizational clarity.
• Program Design & Execution: Lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution and adoption with clear milestones.
• Process Improvement & Scalable Operations: Evaluate and streamline onboarding, talent planning, and employee experience for scale.
• Leadership Partnership & Communication: Provide updates, build business cases, and align senior stakeholders across functions.
