Parcc Associates, a growing private equity‑backed aviation maintenance firm, seeks a hands-on Financial Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting in Concord, NC. You will drive cash flow management, process improvements, and scalable infrastructure while partnering with leadership on performance improvements.

Ideal candidates will be hands-on, detail‑oriented, and capable of delivering timely close, insightful analysis, and strong governance with private equity partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting operations and financial reporting in a growing organization.
• Hands-on ability to manage monthly close and produce accurate statements.
• Proficiency with rolling cash-flow forecasts and 13-week models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, working capital, and variance analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with operational and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations including GL, payable/receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
• Own monthly close and deliver income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Provide weekly financial reporting and variance analysis with corrective actions.
• Develop rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast and monitor liquidity.
• Improve processes, controls, and accounting systems to scale with growth.
• Prepare quarterly presentations for executive leadership and the board.
