Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a PDS Governance & Quality Management Lead in Atlanta, GA to drive governance and the Quality & Continuous Improvement program across the Americas PMO. You will oversee DEC governance, commercial risk, and KPI monitoring while partnering with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Market leadership to build durable, scalable processes.

The role requires strong governance experience, excellent communication, and 25–50% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in project management, process implementation, or governance operations.
Strong understanding of commercial operations, contract structures, and risk management.
Proven track record developing and implementing quality frameworks, governance programs, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work across executive stakeholders.
Ability to travel overnight 25–50%.

Responsibilities

Establish and sustain governance frameworks across the Americas project portfolio.
Lead the Quality & Continuous Improvement program to ensure service delivery excellence.
Facilitate DEC governance meetings and manage agendas, notes, and approvals.
Oversee Variable Rate Card governance and pricing changes with senior sign‑off.
Engage stakeholders across Market leadership, Operations, Finance and Legal.
