Wings Credit Union, formed by merger with Ent in 2026, is hiring a Payroll Manager who will lead payroll across a multi-state workforce, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll delivery and strong controls.

You will partner with HR, HRIS, Benefits, and Accounting, develop the payroll team, manage audits, tax filings, and stay current with wage and hour laws; the role offers leadership, growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive payroll processing experience including multi-state payroll operations.
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• 2+ years' experience with benefits coordination for PTO and FMLA/STD/LTD (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for payroll operations across Wings Credit Union with multi-state workforce oversight.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and audits.
• Partner with HRIS, Benefits, Accounting, and business leaders to improve processes and reporting.
• Serve as escalation point for payroll issues and drive continuous improvement.
