Job summary

Strada Global, a leading provider of people, payroll, and technology solutions, is seeking an HR BPO Delivery Analyst in Columbia, SC. The role provides payroll accounting and funding analytical expertise to Strada clients, interacting with clients, vendors, and auditors.

You will perform GL reconciliations, bank funding reconciliations, analyze variances, support journal entries, and assist with client implementations and year-end activities while upholding controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; accounting experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience with Workday or a similar ERP.
• Strong General Ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional work.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll-to-General Ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare bank and funding reconciliations and clear reconciling items.
• Analyze payroll variances, accounting discrepancies, and compliance issues.
• Assess financial, legal, and operational risks and make recommendations.
• Prepare or support journal vouchers, reclassifications, and GL impact.
• Provide functional and technical support for payroll accounting and funding issues.
• Support client implementations, go-lives, and year-end activities.
• Respond to inquiries related to payroll accounting, funding, treasury, and financial processes.
• Serve as SME for audit requests and maintain audit controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and automate processes.
