Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Payroll & Billing Coordinator to ensure accurate invoicing and support for payroll, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain precise records and contract compliance in a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent as minimum
• Associate’s Degree in Accounting preferred
• At least two years of accounting experience with payroll and billing familiarity
• Payroll and billing experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and reconcile billing reports aligned with contract stipulations and distribute invoicing documentation promptly.
• Enter employee timekeeping data into the ERP system and manage payroll distribution, addressing inquiries quickly.
• Resolve accounts receivable discrepancies by collaborating with relevant departments and external stakeholders.
• Provide support to site operations while adhering to fiscal policies and procedures.
• Generate and deliver comprehensive reports and fulfill ad hoc financial requests.
• Maintain data privacy and security, ensuring confidentiality of information and breach notification protocols.
